Who we are and what we do
We are Grup Jové Balasch, S.L.U., a company located in Agramunt (Lleida), just 45 minutes from Lleida and 75 minutes from Barcelona. We have a highly qualified team and 12,500 m² facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology. This allows us to effectively address any production challenges in steel and stainless steel, requiring transformation through lasers, presses, robotized welding, manual welding, among others.

As a company committed to quality and customer satisfaction, we seek personalized solutions for their needs. We have the capacity to manufacture unique pieces or produce in series while maintaining high-quality standards. To ensure our quality, we hold the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certificate and the ISO 3834-2 Welding Certificate, which enable us to perform high-responsibility weldings.
Among our technology, we highlight 11 ABB and FANUC welding robots with a capacity of 6000×2500 with transfer and rotating tables up to 500 kg, 1 10 kW sheet laser with dimensions of 3000×1500 mm, 1 4 kW tube laser with 3D head, allowing us to cut profiles up to 200×200 mm square tubes and 200 mm diameter round tubes with lengths up to 6000 mm. Additionally, we have 6 automatic saws, 5 semi-automatic saws, a 3000 mm long 240 TN folding machine a 3000×6 mm cylinder, and a range of hydraulic and mechanical presses from 30 to 200 TN.
We are self-sufficient and environmentally sustainable
Our facilities are equipped with 160 kW photovoltaic panels, allowing us to generate 99% of our energy from solar sources.
