This Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User through the Internet portal (hereinafter, the “Portal”) made available by GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. to Internet users. This Policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice, accessible at all times from the Portal. The User guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, being responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation. In the event that the data provided belong to a third party, the User guarantees that he/she has informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained their authorization to provide their data to GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. for the purposes indicated.
The Portal may offer functionalities for sharing content through third-party applications, such as Facebook or Twitter. These applications may collect and process information related to the user’s browsing on the different websites. Any personal information collected through these applications may be used by other users of the same, and their interactions will be subject to the privacy policies of the companies that provide the applications.
The Portal may host blogs, forums, and other social media applications or services with the aim of facilitating the exchange of knowledge and content. Any personal information that the user provides may be shared with other users of this service, over which GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. has no control.
In order to provide information or services of interest based on the User’s location, GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. may access data related to the geolocation of the User’s device, in those cases where the User’s configuration allows it.
For technical security and diagnostic purposes, in an anonymized or aggregated form, GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. may record the IP address (Internet access identification number of the device, which allows devices, systems, and servers to recognize and communicate with each other). This information may also be used for analytical purposes of web performance.

2.2. What is the purpose of processing the User’s personal data?
GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. processes the information provided by the User in order to respond to various requests made by the User. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will be to manage:
- Queries and requests for proposals (RFP) submitted through the contact form enabled for this purpose.
- The data provided through the contact form enabled for this purpose.
- Purchases made by the user.
- Electronic communications of an informative nature, in accordance with their interests.
GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. may create a commercial profile based on the provided information. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.
2.2.1. Information on data processing for sending communications from GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L.
The data used, or provided, in informative and/or promotional communications are processed by GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. for the purpose of electronically sending information and communications about services, activities, publications, and events and professionals of GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. or for the monitoring and optimization of marketing campaigns carried out through technologies for this purpose; and the creation of profiles for commercial purposes.
Consent for the sending of these communications may be revoked at any time in each of the communications received through the mechanism enabled for this purpose.
The criteria for the conservation of data will be based on the manifestation against treatment by the User. 2.3. For what period of time will we keep the User’s personal data?
As a general rule, the personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to respond to the User’s request or until the User requests its deletion. In the specific case of CVs, the data will be kept for a maximum period of three years unless otherwise indicated by the interested party.
2.4. What is the legal basis for the processing of the User’s personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of data is the User’s consent.
2.5. To which recipients will the User’s personal data be communicated?
In those cases where the User requests, through the website, proposals for services or submits CVs, their data will be provided to those Spanish companies affiliated with the network of GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L.
In cases where the User’s request justifies it, identification data may be provided to other entities affiliated with the network of GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L., including those located outside the European Economic Area, in order to respond to the request related to the destination country.
Likewise, the data may be transferred to public administrations and bodies to comply with obligations directly enforceable to GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L.
2.6. What are the rights of the User when he/she provides us with his/her personal data?
The User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. is processing their personal data, as well as to access their personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data, or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, the User may request the limitation of the processing of their data, and in this case, they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the User may object to the processing of their data. GRUP JOVÉ BALASCH S.L. will cease the processing of the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
